Payment Guide at Wild Socotra Tours

The quotation is based on the real-time exchange rate of the day, and the prices are in US dollars. A 15% deposit is required when you have agreed on your private tours with our travel expert. When it comes to the special situations or larger group tours, an extra payment of a deposit is needed with a higher percentage. We hope you will understand that the balance payment should be paid 30 days before your Socotra tours.

The available payment methods at Wild Socotra Tours include PayPal, Wire Transfer, and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). Please contact our travel consultants if you choose other types of payment. The article will offer you more detailed instructions about how exactly the payment works.

PayPal

After you confirm your travel itinerary or an order, a PayPal secure link will be sent to you via email. Please check and ensure that the email is from the wildsocotratours.com web domain before the final payment.

Next, you will need to follow the link to another page of PayPal. Log in to the PayPal account first, then click the “Pay” button to complete the payment.

If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can enter your credit card or debit card info to complete the payment. PayPal generally accepts major credit cards and debit cards.

Note:
1. Our detailed PayPal account info will be sent to you, together with the PayPal link email. Or you can consult your travel expert for our account information.
2. An additional 3% of service charge will be needed if you use PayPal to make a payment.

Credit Card

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for payment. It requires your authorization if you pay by credit card. And the Authorization Form email will be sent to you by our travel consultant. Please check and print it to complete.

How to Pay by Credit Card

Step 1: Complete the Credit Card Authorization Form, then upload your VALID information to the form about the cardholder’s name, card type, card number, billing address, cardholder’s signature, etc.

Step 2: Scan or take photos of the Credit Card Authorization Form, two sides of the credit card, and the information page of your passport. Please organize those images and send us an email.

Step 3: We will send you an email for your confirmation after receiving your authorization file. And your authorization file will be sent to the Wio Bank PJSC. The bank will assist us in deducting your payment from your credit card.

Note:
We cannot accept the credit card payment if you pay within 45 days of the departure date.

Wire Transfer (Bank Transfer)

If you pay by Wire Transfer, the travel consultant will send you an email with our detailed account information. Please check the email from the domain of wildsocotratours.com. Though Wire Transfer charges a lower transaction fee than PayPal, it will take a longer period (basically from 5 to 21 days) for your payment to arrive in our account. For this reason, we cannot accept Wire Transfer (Bank Transfer) payment if you pay within 45 days of the departure date.

Note:
1. Please write your travel consultant’s name on the transfer note. In this way, we can confirm your payment and information as soon as possible.
2. When your payment is completed, please scan or take photos of the transfer receipt to your travel consultant.
